Dalia taught me Spanish for one year at Sydney University. By the end of my first lesson I was able to introduce myself and ask another person for their name in Spanish. Dalia is a great teacher. She works well with groups and will take the time to ensure all students understand the material before moving on. Expect a lot of laughs and fun in Dalia's classroom and the occasional homework. I enjoyed Dalia's classes very much. She was patient, great at explaining and very encouraging. The course advanced at a good pace and we were encouraged to speak in Spanish from the beginning. I always left the class looking forward to the next one and then the next course. At the end of the first course the class went for lunch together at a Spanish restaurant where we were able to practice our Spanish. This was a great way for students to bond with Dalia and enjoy a cultural experience. I wish you all the best in your new teaching adventure Dalia!
Dalia taught me Spanish at Sydney University's Continuing Education programme over four semesters. Dalia is a great and very professional teacher. She is also very patient. I went from being an absolute beginner to being able to study at an intermediate level in Madrid.
Dalia is a kind, patient, funny and excellent teacher. She is great at making difficult concepts easier to understand so that you are never left feeling overwhelmed or lacking understanding. She provides a lot of information, examples and exercises and not only teaches you the language, but the history and culture as well. Although Spanish was one of my subjects at university, the class never felt too stressful and I was always excited to attend lessons. With Dalia, you not only get a wonderful teacher, you get a wonderful friend!
